Southern Utah Rider Deposit
Reserve your space as a rider for the Southern Utah Adventure with a $500 deposit. The rides fill up fast so please reserve your space early. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. We will email you 30 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip for the remaining balance due.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Bookings Policy
At Mild to Wild Backcountry Horse Adventures, we begin planning and committing resources well before your arrival. Please review the following policy before booking.
Nonrefundable Deposits
All deposits are nonrefundable and reserve your space on the selected adventure.
Guest Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
At least 28 days before the trip begins: Payments made beyond the nonrefundable deposit are eligible for a refund.
Fewer then 28 days before the trip begins: Payments are nonrefundable.
Eligible refunds will be issued within two week after cancellations is confirmed
Insufficient Bookings
Our adventures require sufficient participation to operate. If Mild to Wild cancels a trip because it does not receive enough bookings, your nonrefundable deposit can be rolled over to an adventure for the following year, subject to availability. Payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Weather, Closures & Other Disruptions
Weather. flooding, wildfires, road closures, permit restrictions, and other circumstances beyond our control may require changes or cancellation. We will communicate available alternatives and any applicable refund or credit arrangements in writing.

Disclaimer
Due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes adventures may need to be cancelled.
In the event that this happens to no fault of MTWBHA you will receive the choice of a credit for future trips or a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. All adventures are subject to sufficient participation, required permits, and reservation availability. Trips listed as pending are not confirmed until the necessary permits, approvals or reservations are secured.
Fuel Surcharges
If fuel prices remain high, a fuel surcharge may apply. Any applicable surcharge will be communicated before your trip.
Trip Insurance
Trip insurance is highly recommended.
Guests are responsible for selecting coverage appropriate for their trip, including coverage for horseback riding, cancellations, interruptions, and nonrefundable payments. Coverage and reimbursement depend on the insurer's policy terms and exclusions.
